Our batteries are engineered to run a series wiring setup, just like a standard cart. They come with a complete conversion kit that includes a wiring kit, LiFePO4 charger, battery meter, and three to four 12V batteries, depending on the voltage of your cart.

You’ll lose a little more as the temperature drops, but you’ll still get 80% of the rated capacity at 14°F. This is partly because lithium batteries warm when used, which helps to increase the voltage and lower the resistance.

However, keep in mind that you’ll charge your batteries differently in these extreme temperatures. You can only charge them in temperatures between 32°F and 113°F.

Battery Capacity and Lifespan

Patriot Power Source’s lithium batteries will give you more than enough range to play 18 holes or run your errands around town. They have 100Ah, which provides about 50-60 miles of driving before you’ll have to recharge.

They also have 7,000-7,500 cycles, which is one of the most extended battery lifespans on the market. This means you’ll be powering your golf cart at least twice as long as you would if you used lead-acid batteries.

Safety

The LiFePO4 technology used in our lithium batteries is inherently safe. On top of that, Patriot Power Source batteries include a built-in BMS or Battery Management System. This system monitors the battery to make sure that it’s running optimally. It also prevents the battery from overcharging, over-discharging, or overheating, providing added safety.
