NO! Your old charger will likely damage your new batteries and void your warranty. ONLY use your new LiFePO4 charger supplied with your conversion kit to charge your cart.
Patriot Power Source batteries work with almost all stock motors and controllers seamlessly. If you have an upgraded motor or controller, you will simply need to ensure your controllers maximum discharge setting is 300 amps. Most newer controllers are fully customizable and allow an easy conversion for optimal lithium settings.
All Club Car Precedent models prior to 2014 will require a simple modification to bypass the systems onboard computer for proper charging. We send a bypass kit with every purchase. If you have one of these specific carts just let us know during your order or shoot us an email!

You can recalibrate your meter as often as you'd like. To have the MOST accurate readings, recalibrate your meter after each full charge
If you are using your cart regularly (2-3x per week), you should recalibrate your meter at least once per month when fully charged
When stored, your cart will pull small amounts of power from the batteries that the meter cannot detect leading to inaccurate readings after multiple weeks of non use. If you will be leaving the batteries for more than 2 weeks, you must charge them once you return and recalibrate the meter OR disconnect the batteries from the cart before leaving to save charge
To recalibrate the meter, charge the batteries fully and hold down the % button for 5 seconds. This will ensure your meter is as accurate as possible.
