We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience an issue, our goal is to make the warranty process straightforward and fair. No unnecessary red tape — just real support from a team that wants to help.
Full Coverage: Years 1–3
If your battery has a qualifying manufacturing defect within the first three years, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Pro-Rated Coverage: Years 4–8
From years 4 through 8, qualifying warranty claims are eligible for a 50% pro-rated replacement discount off the current retail price.
What’s Covered
This warranty applies to Patriot Power Source 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 batteries and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What’s Not Covered
To maintain fairness and integrity, this warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, dropping, water exposure, incorrect wiring, improper installation, or neglect
- Issues caused by the golf cart or equipment unrelated to the battery, including controller, motor, wiring, or charger problems
- Use with non-Patriot Power Source chargers
- General wear from extended use, including normal capacity loss from cycling
- Batteries not registered to the original purchaser
- Any battery purchased secondhand or transferred to a subsequent owner
Non-Transferable Warranty
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
Cycle Life Note
Patriot Power Source batteries are rated for up to 7,000 cycles, with typical performance around 80% capacity after 2,500 cycles, depending on use, charging habits, storage, and operating conditions.
Warranty Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information:
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video documentation, if available
- Voltage readings from each battery, measured individually with a multimeter
- Purchase details or serial number information, if requested
- Return of the battery for inspection, if requested
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on warranty and return claims. Each battery is marked with a serial number to help verify purchase details and warranty eligibility.
