We were on our first day of a week long vacation when we had an issue with our charger. We contacted customer service after hours on a Sunday, and to our surprise the instantly responded. They shipped us a new charger the next morning and got us back up and running!!

Very easy to order, friendly people and the item came in a few days which I was totally surprised, I thought I wouldn't get it that quick. Works beautifully!!!
